Bite Glory Private Limited

We are operating out of an office in Baguihati, specifically over at Deshbandhu Nagar. It is a residential kind of area, so it feels very local and lived-in. Our space is on the third floor, flat C-2AB-4/7, and we share the space with Plaban Biswas’s place. It is not like those big glass buildings you see in Salt Lake. It’s just a regular apartment building where we have set up our desks. Some days it’s very quiet and other days it feels like everyone is talking at once. We spend our time thinking about food and how to get our products out to people. There are usually boxes of samples sitting near the door and a lot of notes stuck to the walls. Baguihati is a crowded place, and sometimes just getting to the office takes longer than it should because of the traffic on the main road. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. We use an old kettle to make tea in the afternoons. It’s a small operation, really. We are just a few people trying to make things work from a third-floor flat. It is simple and a bit cramped sometimes, but we like the neighborhood. We just do our best to stay organized amidst all the paperwork and daily tasks. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving, but we managed to find a rhythm that works.
