We’ve been here on B R B Basu Road for quite some time now, up on the second floor at 135A. It’s a busy area, but we’ve made our spot work for the business. Bentwood Seating System Pvt Ltd is mostly about getting chairs and seating sorted for people who need them. Most days you’ll find us busy with orders or just managing the space we have here. It isn't a fancy office, just a practical place where we get things done. People come by to talk about what they need for their offices or homes, and we try to give them straight answers. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit much if you aren't used to them, but that's just how the building is. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves. It gets noisy outside with the traffic on Basu Road, but inside we just focus on the work. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just a reliable place where you can find decent seating options. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, and the phone rings more than we’d like, but that’s just how running a small business goes. We know our way around the different types of frames and fabrics. If someone asks for something specific, we look into it. There’s no big secret to how we operate, we just show up and do the work every morning.
