We are located in New Town, right at Gd 3 in the Eden Shops. If you know where the DLF building is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a busy spot most days. Our shop isn't huge, but we keep it filled with the things people around here need every day. My family has been working in this area for a while now. We open up pretty early in the morning when the sun is just coming up. The shelves sometimes get a bit crowded because we try to fit a lot in. New Town is growing fast, but our little corner feels a bit more like the old days. People stop by on their way home from work to grab a few items. We don't have fancy lights or anything like that. It is just a regular shop with wooden counters and a ceiling fan that hums a bit too loud in the heat. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front for a bit, but that's just how it goes here. We know most of the faces that walk through the door. It is a simple way to make a living. We spend a lot of time organizing things and talking to neighbors. The floor is concrete and we sweep it out every evening before closing the shutter. It’s just us here, doing what we do.
