Abdin Leather Conceria Private Limited is situated at No 8 Bolai Dutta Street. We are very close to Mohd Ali Park, which is a big landmark in this part of the city. Being in the leather business, our place has that specific smell of tanned hides that you get used to after a day or two. The street outside is quite narrow and can get very congested with carts and people moving goods back and forth. Our building is an old one, with high ceilings and thick walls that keep it somewhat cool even when it’s hot outside. We have piles of leather samples everywhere you look, in all sorts of colors and finishes. It’s not a very tidy office, but we have a system for everything. We spend a lot of time inspecting the quality of the leather and talking to the suppliers. The team here is like a small family, and we’ve been working together for a long time. We usually have our lunch together and talk about the neighborhood. Mohd Ali Park is a good place to take a walk when things get too busy in the office. We don't have a fancy showroom, so most of our business is done through regular contacts and people who know our work. It’s a traditional way of doing things, and it suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day without fail while listening to the traffic.
