Yogesh Dining

Our dining hall is located at 2126 B Ward in the Mangalwar Peth area of Kolhapur. We are right near the Ram Gali corner, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. It’s a traditional kind of setup. We don’t have menus with pictures or anything like that. Usually, people just know what they want when they sit down. The space is large enough to hold a good number of people, but it can feel a bit crowded when the local offices let out for lunch. Kolhapur has a very specific style when it comes to eating, and we try to stick to that. We have been in this spot for years. The building is older, but it has a lot of character. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen prepping every morning. It is a lot of hard work, chopping and stirring, but we are used to it by now. The floor is tiled and easy to mop, which we do multiple times a day. We don't have a social media page or a website. Most people find us by just walking through Mangalwar Peth or because their family has been coming here for a long time. It is a straightforward business. We provide a place to sit and a meal to eat. It’s quiet in the mid-afternoon, which is when we usually take our own break. Then we get ready for the evening crowd. Everyone knows everyone around this corner.
