Barbeque city on a girl

We have been running Barbeque city on a girl here in Kolhapur for a while now. Our place is tucked into the 416003 area, and if you know this part of town, you know it gets quite lively. Most days start pretty early for us. We get the coals going and make sure the tables are wiped down properly before anyone walks in. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular spot where people can come and sit for a bit. We spend a lot of time just managing the heat and making sure everything is ready. You can usually find us by looking for the smoke and the smell of grilled food drifting down the road. It’s a bit of a process, getting the skewers right and keeping the fire at the temperature we want. The street outside can get noisy with all the bikes and people heading home from work, but inside it’s mostly just us and the sound of the kitchen. We don't really do much in the way of big announcements or anything like that. People just sort of find us or hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we like being part of this neighborhood. Sometimes the weather in Kolhapur makes things a bit tricky, especially when it’s really hot out, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. It’s what we do every day, and we’re used to the routine by now.
