Backbenchers A Restro

Backbenchers A Restro is tucked away on Rajarampuri Lane No 6, right on the main road in Kolhapur. We are very close to the Axis Bank ATM, which is how most people find us if they haven't been here before. It’s a small place that we started because we wanted to have a spot in this part of town. We get a mix of college students and people working in the nearby shops. It’s not a place for a formal dinner. It’s more for having a quick bite or sitting with friends for a bit. The interior is pretty basic because we did most of it ourselves. We have a few fans going to keep the air moving. Every day we start early to get the kitchen ready for the afternoon. There’s always something to fix or clean. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just serve the food we know how to make. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but that’s the way the younger crowd likes it. We’ve had some good times here, especially when the place is full and everyone is talking at once. It can get pretty hectic behind the counter when five orders come in at the same time. We just do our best to keep up. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners on the lane. We are just glad to be here doing this every day.
