Biryani Hub

Biryani Hub is located inside the Bhagyashri Complex on Takala Road. We are right at Takala Chowk in Kolhapur, which is a pretty well-known intersection. If you are looking for us, we are right near Gajanan Bakery, which is a good landmark to tell the rickshaw drivers. The 416001 area is usually humming with activity. We’ve got a decent setup here, nothing too over the top. Most of our days are spent in the kitchen, which is where the real work happens. Kolhapur has its own style of food, and we try to stick to what people here like. We don’t have a massive menu because we’d rather do a few things well than a lot of things poorly. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us since we opened in this complex. Sometimes the power goes out or the water supply is a bit slow, but that’s just life in a busy city. We deal with it and keep the kitchen running. The Takala Chowk area is great because there are always people moving about. We get students, workers, and families coming in at all hours. We don’t have a fancy website or anything; we just rely on people walking by. It’s a practical way to run a business. We keep the tables clean and the food hot. That is about all there is to it. We just show up and cook for the people in our neighborhood.
