Sunstar Restaurants & Bars is our place in Kolhapur. You can find us at Shop No 13 and 14 inside the Royal Plaza building. It’s right there at Dabholkar Corner, which is a pretty well-known spot in the E Ward area. Being near the CBS and New Shahupuri means there are always people coming and going at all hours. The plaza itself is usually buzzing with shoppers and people heading to the bus station. Our shops are right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time getting things ready for the evening crowd or cleaning up after a busy afternoon. The floors are worn in places from all the feet walking over them, and the furniture has a few scratches here and there, but it’s a comfortable enough place to sit down for a bit. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who have been working here together for a long time. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys who work at the nearby stalls. Sometimes we get a lot of travelers who are just passing through Kolhapur and need a place to rest their legs. It can get pretty loud when the bar gets full, but that’s just how it goes at Dabholkar Corner. We just focus on keeping the tables clear and the drinks cold. It’s a basic operation without any extra frills or complicated systems. We just open up and do the work every day.
