Sony Palace Restaurant

We are located at Sony Palace Restaurant, right by the Kolhapur Railway Station at C S No 453 B/2 E Ward. It is just opposite the Market Yard, so it is a very busy part of town. You can hear the trains coming and going all day long. We have been here for a while, serving people who are catching a train or just finished a long journey. The place gets crowded when a big train arrives, and we all have to move a bit faster then. It is not a quiet, romantic spot. It is a place where people come to eat because they are hungry and in a bit of a hurry. We keep the menu simple and the service as quick as we can manage with the few hands we have. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic, but the food gets out eventually. We do not have fancy decorations on the walls. It is mostly just sturdy tables and chairs that can handle a lot of use. Working near the station in 416001 means we meet people from all over. Some are just passing through, and others work at the market yard across the street. We are just a regular bunch of folks running a kitchen. We wash the dishes, sweep the floors, and start again the next morning. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We just try to get the orders right.
