Skye Restaurant & Barbeque

Our place, Skye Restaurant & Barbeque, is on 5th Lane Main Road in Rajarampuri. We are located near the People Showroom, which makes it easier for folks in Kolhapur to find us. We have been doing this for a bit now, and the 416008 zip code is where we spend most of our time. The barbeque side of things means there is often a bit of smoke and a lot of heat coming from the back. It is a hands-on job, and we are usually covered in soot by the end of the night. We are not a fancy dining hall with servers in uniforms. We are just a small group of people who like to cook. The restaurant is a simple setup on the main road. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the market was slow that morning, and we just have to explain that to people. It is a real, local business with all the usual ups and downs. We do not have a big marketing budget or a corporate office. We just open up, get the grills started, and hope the day goes well. Rajarampuri is a lively area, and we like being right in the middle of it on 5th Lane. It is hard work and the days are long, but we just keep at it because it is what we know how to do.
