Shamsuman Pure Veg Restaurant is located right on Jotibha Road in Kolhapur. We are situated very close to the Mahalaxmi Mandir, which is why we get a lot of people who are visiting the temple coming in for a meal. Our address is 70/1a B Ward. It’s a very busy street most of the time, especially during the festivals or on the weekends when people are out. We keep the place strictly vegetarian for everyone. It’s a simple and honest restaurant. We don't have any flashy decor or very expensive menus with items you can't pronounce. We just provide a decent place for people to sit down and eat after they’ve been to the mandir for prayers. The staff here has been with us for a long time now. We know a lot of the other local shopkeepers on Jotibha Road too. It’s a good community to be a part of. We don't believe in using big marketing phrases or fancy slogans. We just open the doors in the morning and let the food speak for itself. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the temple crowds outside, but that’s just part of being in this historic part of Kolhapur.
