Rajat Restaurant is part of the Hotel Rajat Executive located at Tararani Chowk in Kolhapur. We sit right there in the 416003 area, which is a busy spot for locals and travelers alike. The restaurant is a simple place where we serve the kind of food people in Kolhapur enjoy every day. We don't have any fancy decorations or complicated menus. We just focus on cooking and making sure the tables are clean for the next person who walks in. Being at Tararani Chowk means we see a lot of traffic passing by. Many people stop in for a quick meal while they are out doing their errands. The kitchen stays busy from morning until late evening. We have a small team of cooks and servers who have been with us for a while. We don't really do the whole corporate marketing thing. We just put the sign out and wait for people to come in.
