Niyaaz Restaurant

We are located at No.517e in the Ward Tararani Chowk area, right at Kawala Naka in Kolhapur. This is a 416002 address, and if you know this city, you know how busy Kawala Naka can get. There are always rickshaws and cars buzzing around the chowk. Our restaurant has been a part of this corner for a bit, and we’ve seen the streets change over the years. We aren't one of those places with a lot of chrome and glass. We’re just a practical spot where people can get a meal without any fuss. The staff here are mostly guys from around Kolhapur who have been working in kitchens since they were young. We spend a lot of time in the back getting the spices ready and making sure the rice is just right. It’s hot work, but we are used to it. We don't have a marketing department writing things for us. This is just how we talk. We open the shutters early and don't close until the last person is done. The noise of the Tararani Chowk is part of our daily life, and we don't mind it. It’s a busy, honest place to work. We just try to keep the tables clean and the food coming out on time for the hungry people who stop by after a long day.
