You can find us on Radha Nagari Road in Kolhapur, right at New Vashi Naka. We are situated just off from Hotel Vanrai. Kolhapur is a place that knows its food, so we try to keep things honest here at New Ashirwad. The restaurant is a straightforward setup. We don't have any flashy lights or big advertisements. Most of the people who come here are locals from the Vashi Naka area or people traveling along Radha Nagari Road. Our day starts with getting the kitchen fired up. There is always cleaning to do and ingredients to sort through. We do most of the work ourselves, from taking the orders to making sure the dishes are washed. It can get pretty busy around lunchtime when the sun is beating down outside. People want a place to sit and eat without any fuss. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow and change. The road outside has gotten busier over the years. We just focus on what is happening inside our four walls. We don't make any big promises about being the best or anything. We just provide a meal and a seat. It is hard work and the days are long, but we are used to the rhythm of it now.
