Mount Litera Zee School

Our school is located out in Hatkanangle, specifically at Survey No 1133 in the Kolhapur area. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center, but that gives us more space to work with. The building is fairly large and we have plenty of rooms for different classes. Most days start with the sound of the gate opening and the local staff arriving to get things ready for the morning assembly. We have a lot of ground to cover, literally, so someone is always walking around checking on things. Whether it is a leaky tap or a desk that needs fixing, there is always something to do around here. The area is growing quite a bit, so we see new houses and shops popping up around us every year. We aren't big on fancy speeches or anything; we just show up and do the job. The students come from all over the nearby villages and some from the town. We have a playground that gets used every afternoon, and you can hear the noise from quite a distance. It is just a regular school day for us, from the first bell to the last. We try to keep the place clean and the kids focused on their books. It is practical work, and we are fine with that. No one is trying to impress anyone; we are just here to teach.
