Swami Vivekanand International School

We are located out here in Ujalaiwadi, right along the Pune Bangalore Highway. It gets pretty busy on the road during the mornings, especially with all the traffic coming from the airport side. Most of us get here early before the sun gets too hot. The building at Swami Vivekanand International School is easy to spot if you are driving past. We spend most of our days just handling the usual stuff, making sure the gates are open on time and looking after the kids. It is a bit loud sometimes because of the highway noise but you get used to it after a few weeks. The area around here has changed a lot lately with more shops opening up. We have a lot of students from around Kolhapur who come by bus or are dropped off by their parents. Some days are more chaotic than others, like when it rains or there is a big event in town. We keep things pretty simple in the office and try to stay on top of the paperwork. There is always someone around if a parent drops by to ask a question. It is just a normal place where we work and the children spend their hours. Most of the staff has been here for a while so we know the routine. We don't have fancy lobbies but the rooms are big enough. That is basically how it goes here every day in Kolhapur.
