Sanskar English Mediam School

Sanskar English Mediam School is located in Kagal, which is a busy part of the Kolhapur district. We see the kids every morning coming in their uniforms, some from right nearby and others from the edges of town. It gets quite loud during the break times with everyone running around, but that's just how it is when you run a school. We use English as the medium here because that’s what the families in Kagal were looking for. The building itself isn't anything fancy or brand new, just a regular place where classes happen every single day. Our staff members are mostly local people who know the families and the shopkeepers in the neighborhood. In the monsoon season, the roads around here can get pretty muddy, but the students still show up for their lessons. We try to keep things organized, but schools are naturally a bit messy. There is always someone losing a pencil or forgetting a notebook in the hallway. We handle the classes from the early morning until the afternoon bell. It's a lot of work keeping up with the syllabus and the exams throughout the year. People in this part of Kolhapur know where we are. We don't have a big corporate office, just a simple desk and some chairs where we talk to parents. It’s a very practical setup. We just focus on the lessons and making sure the kids are actually learning something useful. It’s just normal school life for us.
