Shri Adrash Vidyalay And Shri Adarsh Bal Mandir

Shri Adrash Vidyalay and Shri Adarsh Bal Mandir are located right in the middle of Shivaji Peth, split between A Ward and C Ward. It's a very busy part of Kolhapur, and our school reflects that energy. We have two parts to the place—the Bal Mandir for the little ones and the Vidyalay for the older students. This means we see kids grow up from toddlers into teenagers right before our eyes. The buildings are old-style and tucked into the narrow streets of the Peth, so it can be a bit of a squeeze when school lets out. We don't have fancy modern architecture, just solid walls and a lot of history. Most of our students come from the families who have lived in this neighborhood for generations. There’s a lot of tradition here. You’ll find us busy with lessons in the mornings, and there's always a bit of noise from the street mixing with the sounds of the classrooms. It’s not a quiet, isolated campus, but that’s just how life is in this part of town. We try to keep things simple and focus on the basics of reading, writing, and arithmetic. Everyone knows everyone else, which makes it feel like a real community. We’re just here doing our job and helping the local kids get through their school years. It is a noisy, lively, and very real part of the neighborhood every single day. We like it that way.
