M D Jadhav Public School

In the town of Miraj, within the Sangli district, you will find M D Jadhav Public School. We are located in the 416410 area, which is a fairly busy part of town. The school building is something we take care of every day, making sure the floors are swept and the benches are in the right places. We have a lot of kids from the local neighborhoods who come here every morning. You can hear them shouting and playing from a block away before the first bell goes. Miraj is a place where everyone knows each other, so we see the same faces at the gate every single day. The teachers here live nearby too. We do not have a huge flashy sign or anything like that. It is just a plain school where we do the work of teaching. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to open all the windows to catch a breeze. The playground is not very big, but the students make do with what they have. We spend our afternoons grading papers and talking to parents who stop by after work. It feels like a small community inside these walls. We have been part of Sangli for a while now and we just keep going day by day. It is a simple life of bells, books, and children trying to learn their lessons before they head home for dinner.
