You can find us inside the Ayodhya Hotel over at Kawala Naka in Kolhapur. We’ve been operating here at 198 E for some time now. Being part of the hotel means we see a lot of travelers passing through, but we also have local families who come in on weekends. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. We focus on the food and making sure the tables are clean. Kolhapur has its own style, and we try to stick to what people like. It’s not one of those trendy places with weird decorations. We kept it plain because that’s what we prefer. The kitchen stays busy, especially during lunch and dinner rushes. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than we’d like when it’s crowded, but we do our best. The staff here has been with us for a bit, so we know how things run. We’re right by the main road, so it’s easy to pull over and grab a bite. If you’re staying at the hotel, you probably already know where we are. If not, just look for the Ayodhya sign at the Naka. We aren’t trying to be the most famous place in town, just a reliable one where the food is hot and the service is decent. That’s really all there is to it. We don't have a big corporate office, just a small desk in the back where we handle the bills.
