Mirchi Pure Veg Restaurants

Our restaurant is right on Kadamwadi Road, across from Hotel Leesha at Kawala Naka in Kolhapur. It’s a busy intersection and there is always a lot of movement outside. We decided to focus on veg food because that’s what we know and what the people around here like. The building isn't brand new, and you can see a bit of wear and tear here and there, but we keep it clean. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen prepping vegetables and making sure the spices are right. It’s not a fancy setup with a lot of decorations. We just have regular tables and chairs and some basic fans to keep the air moving. Our staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a bit. We don't have a big handbook on how to talk to customers; we just treat people like neighbors. Sometimes it gets really loud when the traffic outside is heavy, but you get used to it. We see a lot of families coming in, especially in the evenings. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. People just know where we are and what we do. It’s a simple life running a restaurant in Kolhapur. We deal with the daily chores, pay the bills, and get ready for the next day. It’s just a normal place for a normal meal, nothing more and nothing less.
