Jaihind Restaurant Deluxe

Jaihind Restaurant Deluxe is situated on the Pune Bangalore Highway. Our exact spot is Nh 4 Kaneriwadi, which is in the Gokul Shirgaon MIDC part of Kolhapur. We are very close to the Kaneri Wadi Bus Stop. Because we are on the main highway, we see all kinds of people. There are travelers going to Bangalore or coming from Pune, and there are also many workers from the nearby MIDC factories. It is a big place because we need the space for large groups. We use the word Deluxe in the name, but we are a very practical, everyday restaurant. There are no fancy decorations on the walls. We have rows of tables and fans to keep the air moving. The highway is very noisy and dusty, so we are always cleaning the floors and tables. Our kitchen is huge to handle the rush hours during lunch and dinner. We serve the kind of food that people in Kolhapur like, which means it has some spice to it. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just have a big sign outside that people can see from the road. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a while. It is a lot of hard work running a highway hotel, but we are used to it now. We stay open late because the highway never really sleeps.
