We are located in Bharat Bhusan Colony, right near the K.K.V. Hospital in Gola Gokran Nath. Being on the New By Pass Road makes it a bit easier for the trucks to get in and out, which is good because we move a lot of stuff. In Lakhimpur Kheri, agriculture is basically everything, and we’re just a group of producers trying to navigate it together. Sathi means friend, and that’s how we try to run things, just a bunch of people looking out for each other’s interests. We deal with all sorts of crops that come through this part of the country. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep the books and take a break from the sun. We spend most of our time out with the farmers or at the collection points. The 262802 area is where most of us grew up, so we know the local problems pretty well. Sometimes the bypass road gets backed up and we’re stuck waiting for hours, but that’s part of the job. We don’t use fancy marketing because everyone knows us anyway. We focus on getting the produce sorted and making sure it gets where it needs to go without too much trouble. It’s a lot of physical labor and long hours during the peak season, but we’re used to it. Every season brings something different and we just handle it.
