We're out here in Munnuganj, which is part of Gola in Lakhimpur Kheri. If you ask around for Net Ram’s son, people will usually point you in the right direction to find us. This is a producer company, so it’s all about the local farmers and folks working together to get things done. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s worth it for the peace. We spend most of our time dealing with the actual producers, the people who are out there growing things every day. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning and fancy chairs or any of that. It’s more of a place where people can sit down on a bench and talk about their crops and their livelihoods. Things move a bit slower here, and we honestly like it that way. You get to know everyone by name and you know their families too. Sambardhan is about helping the life of the community thrive in its own way. We handle a lot of different aspects of the production side. Sometimes we meet under the shade of a tree if the weather is nice outside. It's a very hands-on job for all of us. We deal with whatever problems come up that day. Maybe a shipment is late or someone needs advice on their seeds. We don't pretend to have all the answers, but we work through it together.
