Ramchandraseva Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Lakhimpur Kheri. We operate out of Sri Ram Chandra’s place in Chhauchchhauch. It is a local operation, mostly just a handful of us farmers who wanted to work together to make things easier. Lakhimpur Kheri is our home and we have been working these fields for as long as I can remember. Sri Ram Chandra helps us keep things moving along and deals with the visitors. We don’t have a proper office building or anything like that, we just use the space we have available at the house. Most days you will find us out working in the fields, but we gather at the house when there is business to attend to. It is a simple life for us. We talk about the weather, the seeds, and how to get our produce to the market without losing money. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking or special, just trying to make sure we all get a fair deal for our hard work. Sometimes it is a real struggle with the rain or the heat, but we stick together. Chhauchchhauch is a small place and we all know each other well. This company is our way of making sure we don’t get left behind by the big buyers. We don’t use any big words or have fancy brochures to show people. If you want to know about us, you just come by and have a chat over some tea. We are just regular folks in Lakhimpur Kheri doing what we have always done.
