Pinancle Farms (Opc) Private Limited

Pinancle Farms is located in Lakhimpur Kheri, specifically in the Awas Vikas Colony at 64/2. This is a residential neighborhood, so it is quite peaceful most of the time. We aren't in a factory or a big industrial zone. We run things from here because it’s close to where we live and it keeps the costs down. Kheri is famous for sugar and farming, and we are right in the middle of that belt. Most of our days involve coordinating with different farms and making sure the private limited side of the business is running okay. The office is really just a converted part of the building with a few desks and a computer that sometimes acts up. We don't have any professional decorators. We just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play outside while we are trying to do the accounts, and we just have to laugh about it. It’s a very human way to run a company. We aren't looking to become some global giant overnight. We just want to handle our local farming business well and make sure the people who work with us are treated fairly. It’s a steady, everyday kind of life here in the colony. We open the doors early, check the mail, and start making calls to the growers. It is a lot of routine, but it feels good.
