Balajii Farmer Organization Producercompany Limited is based in village Bhanpur, number 235 to be exact. We are right on Bhira Road. This is in the Kheri district, and we’ve been here for a while now. It’s a local setup where we try to get the farmers in the Bhanpur area organized. Being a producer company means we can buy and sell things together, which makes life a little easier for everyone involved. The road outside can get quite busy with tractors and trucks, especially during the harvest season. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place where we keep our records and meet up to talk about the work. We don't have any professional office managers or anything like that. It’s just us. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try to keep things moving. Kheri is a good place for farming, but it takes a lot of effort to keep things running right. We focus on the daily tasks like checking on the crops or sorting out the logistics for transport. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes we are just too tired to do much else.
