Surinder Vaishno Dhaba

You’ll find Surinder Vaishno Dhaba at Shop Number 34 in Bhagat Singh Market. We are right by Committee Chowk on Railway Road here in Karnal. The clock tower is nearby too, which is the main landmark everyone uses around here. It’s a loud, busy area with a lot of traffic and people shouting, but that’s just how Railway Road is. We’ve been in this shop for years. It’s a small space, mostly taken up by the kitchen and a few tables. We don't have air conditioning or anything fancy, just some fans that hum all day. People come here because they want a meal that isn't too complicated. We don't use any fancy recipes, just the same ones we've used forever. The market is always crowded, and we get our supplies from the local vendors every morning. Most of our customers are people working in the nearby shops or travelers going to the station. We know most of them by face. It's a lot of hard work, standing by the stove in the heat, but it’s what we do. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. If you want to find us, you just come to the clock tower and walk down towards the market. We’ll be there, likely busy with the lunch crowd. It's just us, the stove, and the customers every single day. And we like it that way.
