Hot Billions Restaurant

You can find Hot Billions Restaurant over at the Gian Residency on Railway Road in Karnal. We are quite close to the Jain Girls School. Being on Railway Road means there is always something happening outside our windows. We have been serving food here for a while now. The setup is pretty simple, with tables and chairs arranged so we can fit as many people as possible without it feeling too cramped. We get a lot of students and people working in the nearby shops. The kitchen is always busy, especially around lunchtime when everyone is in a hurry. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the usual stuff you see in a local eatery. Our main goal is just to get the orders out and keep the water glasses full. The floor gets swept a few times a day because of all the foot traffic. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything, from taking orders to cleaning up spills. It is a noisy place when it is full, but that is a good sign I guess. We don't use any high-tech systems, just a pen and paper mostly. It is just a regular restaurant where you can get a meal and go about your day. We like being part of the neighborhood and seeing the same faces every week. It is honest work and we just keep at it.
