Jasper The Restaurant

Jasper The Restaurant is located over in Sector 16 in Karnal. We are quite close to Namaste Chowk, so it is easy to find the building if you are coming from that side of town. The Dussehra Ground is also right nearby. We have been running this place for a bit now. It is a regular spot for people who live in the neighborhood. Inside, it is not a very big space, but we have enough tables for families to sit together. The kitchen is always busy, especially in the evenings when people are finished with their work for the day. We do not do anything too complicated with the menu. It is just the usual stuff people like to eat when they decide to go out for a meal. Sometimes the parking out front gets a bit messy when there is a big event happening at the ground, but we manage to handle it. I spend most of my day making sure we have fresh supplies and that the staff is doing their jobs right. It is hard work running a restaurant, to be honest. There is always something breaking down or a lightbulb that needs changing. We are not trying to be the most famous place in Karnal. We just want to serve decent food so that people feel like coming back next week. The area has changed a lot, but we are still here doing our thing. (246 words)
