Kwality Express

Kwality Express is located inside the Foodz & More Food Court at Savoy Green in Karnal. We are right near the main market area, which is a spot where a lot of people stop when they are traveling along the highway. Being in a food court means we are surrounded by other stalls and a lot of noise from people passing through. It is a very different environment than a standalone shop. Everything has to be quick because most of our customers are on their way somewhere else and do not want to wait around for too long. We spend our shifts behind the counter, keeping an eye on the clock and the orders coming in. The kitchen space is tight, so we have to be organized. You will usually find us wearing our aprons and just trying to keep up with the rush during lunch and dinner times. Karnal can get quite cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, but being inside the court helps a bit with that. We do not really talk much to the customers beyond taking their orders and handing over their food. It is all very fast-paced. We are just a small part of the larger Savoy Green area, providing a simple service for people who are hungry and in a hurry to get back on the road. It is practical work and we just keep it moving every day.
