Saini Nilkanth Shudh Vashno Dhaba

Saini Nilkanth Shudh Vashno Dhaba is situated on Ladwa Road in Indri, Karnal. To find us, you just look for Bansal Auto Works; we are about 500 meters further down the road towards the Indri side. We are a vashno dhaba, which means everything we serve is strictly vegetarian. This is a common thing on the roads around here, and we take it seriously. The dhaba is right on the road, so we get a lot of traffic from people traveling between cities. It’s a bit of a dusty spot sometimes because of all the vehicles, but that’s just how it is on Ladwa Road. We have plenty of space for people to sit down and rest. The kitchen is always busy with big pots of lentils and vegetables. We don’t have a fancy printed menu that changes all the time. We stick to the basics that people like to eat when they are traveling. It is a simple life running a dhaba. We wake up early, clean the place, and start cooking. We see people from all walks of life, from laborers to families in cars. Everyone is just looking for a hot meal and a place to sit for thirty minutes. We are happy to provide that. It is hard work, especially in the summer heat, but we have been doing it for years now and it’s what we know.
