Papa Choice Chicken Centre

You can find us in Karnal, right across from the old Randhir Cinema. It is a landmark everyone knows, so we do not have to give too many directions. The street gets very busy when there is a crowd at the cinema. We have been here serving chicken for quite some time now. The smell of the cooking usually drifts out onto the sidewalk. We have a small team, mostly family and a couple of helpers. The work is physical and we are on our feet a lot. There is always wood to move or supplies to carry in. The shop is simple, with just the essentials. We do not spend money on fancy lights or decorations. We would rather focus on the kitchen. Customers come from all over Karnal, some after a movie and some just coming home from work. It gets loud and smoky sometimes, but that is just how a chicken centre is. We keep the counters wiped down and the orders going out. It is a routine we know well. We have seen the cinema change hands and the street get paved again, but we just keep the fire going.
