Our place is over in Yashoda Nagar, specifically in the O Block area of Kanpur. We are quite close to Sharda Shishu Mandir, which is a big landmark for anyone living around here. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, but we still get a good mix of people. The name sounds a bit broad, but we just make the kind of food we know how to do well. The building at 48 O Block has been where we’ve operated for some time now. We don’t have a massive dining hall or anything like that. It’s more of a cozy, functional space for families and locals. The kitchen staff stays busy with the stove, and we usually have a few people helping out with the tables. Kanpur summers are tough, so we try to keep the place as comfortable as we can for everyone who stops by. We buy our supplies from the nearby markets every few days to keep everything moving. It's not a place where you'll see a lot of fancy garnishes or expensive plates. We just put the food on the table and let people eat. Sometimes things are a bit slow when we’re short-staffed, but we manage. Most of our neighbors know us by now. It’s just a regular local business trying to serve the Yashoda Nagar community without making a big deal out of it. We just keep it simple and honest for everyone who comes by.
