Carnival Fine Dine Restaurant & Verandah Lounge

We are located at 8/21 Parvati Bagla Road. This is our other spot in Tilak Nagar, Kanpur. We go by the name Carnival Fine Dine Restaurant & Verandah Lounge. It’s quite close to our other location but we have this separate space to handle the daily crowd. We are in the 208002 pincode area. The building has a dining room and a lounge area where people can relax. We spend most of our time here just making sure the daily tasks get done. There isn't a big team of executives, just us and the staff who come in every day to cook and clean. Tilak Nagar is a busy part of Kanpur so there is always something happening on Parvati Bagla Road. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to provide a place where people can sit down for a while. We know a lot of the people who come in because they live just a few streets away. It’s a very local feel here. We keep the menu straightforward and try to make sure the food is decent. Every morning we check the supplies and get the kitchen ready for the lunch rush. It’s a lot of manual work and we stay until the last customer leaves. We just keep doing what we do.
