Chatori Chaw Restaurant is located at Shop No 117/N/114 in Kaka Deo, Kanpur. We are right opposite Dr. Anand Jha Clinic and near the Mahindra Coaching center. Kaka Deo is a hub for students, so we see a lot of young faces every single day. They come in between their classes or after they finish their coaching for the day. The shop isn't very large, but we make use of the space we have. We focus on snacks and meals that fill you up without costing too much money. Running a place in a student area means you have to be quick with the orders. We have some regulars who come in every afternoon for the same dish. The atmosphere is usually quite casual and loud with everyone talking at once. We don't have any professional waitstaff; it is just us serving the food and clearing the tables afterwards. The kitchen is visible from the front so you can see what is going on back there. We keep things simple with the ingredients we use. There is no secret to what we do, we just cook the way we have always cooked. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when it is raining outside and everyone crowds in, but we manage. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. We are just a local Kanpur eatery trying to provide decent food to the neighborhood. We are here every day.
