The Derby Restaurant

The Derby Restaurant is located in Js tower on Mall Road here in Kanpur. Mall Road is a pretty famous street, so most people don't have much trouble finding us once they get to Js tower. Our pin code is 208004. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a solid spot in a busy part of town. We aren't trying to be the trendiest place in the city. We just have a dining room and a menu that we've worked on over the years. It’s a bit of a traditional setup. We have the usual staff who have been with us for a bit, and we all just pitch in when things get busy. Running a place on Mall Road means there’s always noise and traffic outside, but inside we try to keep it a bit more settled for the guests. We don't use those corporate phrases or pretend to be something special. We are just a restaurant in a tower. We spend our time checking the inventory and making sure the kitchen is ready for the day. It’s a lot of mundane work, but we like the routine of it. If you're around Mall Road, you'll see the sign for Js tower and that’s where we are. It’s a straightforward place for a meal without any extra fluff.
