You can find us in Kanpur, specifically on the 4th floor of the Rave Moti Shopping Mall. The address is 117/K/13 in Gutaiya. Being inside a mall means we are part of the daily hustle and bustle of people shopping or going to the movies. We have a simple setup up here on the fourth floor. It’s just a regular restaurant where we try to give people a place to sit down after they've been walking around the mall. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the kitchen is prepped and the tables are ready for whoever walks in. The mall can get really packed on holidays and weekends, so those are our busiest times. We have a mix of regular staff and some newer folks helping out. Sometimes the mall music is a bit loud, but we just go about our work. We've been in Gutaiya for a while now and most of our customers are locals who come to Rave Moti often. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to pretend it’s anything more than that. We focus on the day-to-day work like checking the supplies and making sure the floor is swept. It's just us doing our best to run a kitchen in a busy shopping center. If you are around the mall, you can just head up the escalator.
