Spice Affaire

Spice Affaire is located inside the Little Chef Hotel at 15/198 - A in Civil Lines, Kanpur 208001. Being inside another hotel means we have to follow certain ways of doing things but we still have our own way of working. Civil Lines is a well-known part of Kanpur and there is a lot of history around here. Our space is not overly decorated and the furniture is a bit traditional. We spend most of our time in the back making sure everything is ready for the day. It is not a flashy setup. We have some old posters on the wall in the staff room and the kitchen equipment is well-used. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It is just a kitchen and a dining area where we stay busy. Sometimes the plumbing in these older buildings acts up but we have a guy we call to fix it. We don't talk much about missions or visions. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things clean. Most of us have lived in Kanpur our whole lives so we know what people around here like. It is a steady routine of opening up, doing the work, and closing down. Spice Affaire is just a part of the daily life in Civil Lines. We keep it honest and plain because that is what feels right to us.
