South Indian Dosa

You can find us at 118/545 in Kaushalpuri. We are located near the Murga Shura area, which is a very lively part of Kanpur. We have a small kitchen where we make dosas all day long. The tawa stays hot from the morning until we finally close up at night. We do not have a lot of space for people to sit down. Most of our customers just stand and eat or take their food to go in a parcel. We use plenty of potatoes and onions for the fillings. The batter is made fresh every single day in the back. You can hear the sizzling sound as soon as you walk up to our counter. It is a very simple setup with no extra frills. We have a few plastic stools if you are lucky enough to grab one when they are empty. The 208012 pin code is full of people going to work or school, and we see them all. Some come for a quick breakfast and some for a late afternoon snack. We do not have a big menu with lots of options. We just do a few things and try to do them okay.
