If you are looking for Satyam Bhojanalaya, we are located right in Kidwai Nagar, specifically in the Naya Purwa area. We have been serving food here in Kanpur for quite a few years now. The shop is at 133/746-B and it is a pretty humble setup. We mostly focus on simple, everyday meals that people eat when they are away from home or just don't feel like cooking. We make a lot of dal, sabzi, and rotis throughout the day. It gets very crowded around lunchtime because many people working nearby come in to get a quick plate of food. The tables are basic and the seating is a bit tight, but people don't seem to mind as long as the food is hot and tastes like it should. We get our vegetables from the local market early in the morning. It’s not a quiet place, especially with the sounds of the street coming in, but that’s just how Kidwai Nagar is. We don't have a big menu with a hundred items, just the regular things that we know how to make well. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the evening if it’s been a particularly busy day. We just try to keep the place clean and make sure everyone leaves with a full stomach. It is a small business and we handle everything ourselves, from the accounts to buying the flour.
