Punjabi Tadka Fine Dining Restaurants

Our restaurant is over in Kaushalpuri at Gumti No 5, right near the Bank of Baroda. Kanpur is a crowded city, and Gumti No 5 is always moving. We decided to call it Punjabi Tadka Fine Dining, but don't let the name make you think we are too stiff. We just wanted a place where people could sit down properly and have a nice meal with their families. We have real tables and decent chairs, and we try to keep the atmosphere calm despite the noise outside. It's a lot of work keeping a place this size running in Kanpur. We have a full staff in the kitchen and waiters who have been here for years. We aren't trying to be the most famous spot in town, just a place that people can count on. The menu has the usual stuff you’d expect. We spend a lot of time making sure the flavors are right. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to switch to the generator, but that's just life here. We don't use big words or fancy promises. We just keep the place clean and the food coming out hot. If you're near the Bank of Baroda, you can't miss us. We’re usually there until late at night. It is a lot of work but we like seeing the same faces return.
