Pakwaan Restaurants

You can find us in the Model Town area of Pandu Nagar, right on the road that leads toward Rawatpur. We’re near Kulwanti Hospital. This part of Kanpur is always moving. We have people coming in from the hospital and from the nearby residential houses. The address is 117/ H-1/375, and we’ve been at this spot for quite some time. It’s a standard restaurant setup. We have tables, chairs, and a kitchen that doesn’t seem to stop. The guys in the back have been with us through plenty of busy seasons. It gets pretty hot back there, especially in May and June. We don’t use any big marketing slogans. We just open the doors and let people in. Sometimes the orders take a little longer if we’re slammed, but people around here are mostly patient. We see the same faces every week. It feels like a small community even though Kanpur is huge. We deal with the typical stuff, like making sure the water supply is okay and managing the grocery deliveries that come in every morning. The traffic on Pandu Nagar Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so that affects when our staff gets in. We just try to get everything ready before the lunch crowd hits. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but we’re used to it by now.
