Pakvan Restaurant & banquet

This restaurant is located on Deoki Cinema Road in Pandu Nagar. It's a busy part of Kanpur. Being near the Axis Bank and the cinema means there’s always something happening outside. We have the restaurant area and then the banquet space for when people want to host something. It's usually a lot of local families from around Pandu Nagar coming in. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between the two floors. The kitchen stays busy because we're handling regular walk-ins and whatever event is happening in the banquet hall. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic. You’ll hear the noise from the street, the horns honking, and the people walking toward the cinema. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a lot to manage. Our staff is mostly local guys. We’ve had the same people working the floors for a long time. They know the regulars. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us because we’ve been on this road for ages. We deal with the same problems every other business in Kanpur does, like the heat in the summer or the dust. We just open up in the morning and stay until the last person leaves. It’s a long day, but it’s what we do. The building is 117/H-1/375, so it's easy to spot.
