You can find Padharo Sa at Shop Number-7 in Ashok Nagar, Kanpur. We are located right by the Kanha International Hotel, near Motijheel. This part of Kanpur is always full of life, especially with the park nearby. We chose this spot because it’s easy for people to find us when they’re out for a walk or coming from the hotel. The name “Padharo Sa” is a way of welcoming people, but we don’t make a big show of it. It’s just a small shop where we do our thing every day. We aren't a big chain with a lot of rules; it’s just us running the place. The interior is simple, with just enough room for our customers to feel okay. We spend most of our time in the back or at the counter. The mornings are usually spent getting everything cleaned and prepped before the first few people show up. Kanpur can be a chaotic city, but Ashok Nagar has its own rhythm. We see a lot of the same people every week, and we’ve gotten to know their names and what they like. It’s not a polished corporate business by any means. There are days when things go wrong, like a delivery being late or a lightbulb burning out, but we just fix it and keep going. We just want to be a reliable part of the neighborhood for as long as we can.
