Being on the highway means we see all sorts of people. We’ve been running this dhaba for a long time. It’s a straightforward place with plenty of space for trucks and cars to pull over. The food we serve is what we know best. It’s the kind of cooking you find in local homes. We don't use any fancy techniques, just big pots and open flames. The kitchen gets hot, especially during the summer months. We have a small crew that helps with the cooking and cleaning. It’s a tiring job, but we like it. Most of our customers are looking for a quick, heavy meal before they get back on the road. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. The atmosphere is casual, and people usually just sit where they find a spot. We don't have any decorations to speak of. It’s just about the food and a place to rest for a bit. We’ve been part of the Musa Nagar area for years now. It’s a quiet life when the road isn't too busy. We just keep our heads down and work.
