Our place is right at Rawat Pur crossing in Kaka Deo. If you’re driving along the main G.T. Road in Kanpur, you’ve probably seen us sitting right there on the corner. It's a busy area with a lot of students and people working nearby. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a small restaurant trying to feed whoever walks through the door. The kitchen is always going because there’s usually a crowd around lunch and dinner time. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when we get really packed, but we do what we can with the hands we have. It’s a bit dusty outside because of the road construction that never seems to end, but inside we keep it as clean as possible. We’ve got some tables and chairs, nothing too comfortable, just standard stuff for a quick meal. People mostly come in for a break from the heat or the traffic. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us, the stove, and the customers. We’ve been at this location for some time now and most people in Kaka Deo know where we are. It’s easy to find us if you’re near the crossing. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure people aren't leaving hungry. It's a simple life running a kitchen on a busy road like this one. We keep the doors open late.
