MARHABA CHICKEN MALL

MARHABA CHICKEN MALL is situated over at 117/N/104-A on Kulwanti Road. We are in the Kaka Deo area of Kanpur, which most people around here know is pretty crowded. Our spot is quite close to Devki Chauraha, so there is always a lot of noise from the autos and bikes passing by throughout the day. We start our day early with the fresh supplies coming in. Dealing with chicken means there is always a lot of cleaning and prep work that has to happen before anyone even walks through the door. The kitchen gets hot and the work is a bit messy, but it’s what we do. Kanpur summers are tough, but we just get on with it. The shop is just a basic place for people to get their food. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things are handled right. A lot of students from the coaching centers nearby come in because we are right in their path. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights to bring people in. Most folks know us because they live or study in Kaka Deo and pass by our door every day. We try to keep the place tidy and keep the routine going from morning until we close up at night. It’s a plain, honest kind of life here on Kulwanti Road. We take the orders as they come and try to get the bags ready as fast as we can without making too many mistakes. It's just a lot of work but we stay busy.
