Madras Kitchen Restaurant

Madras Kitchen Restaurant is located at 117/N/87 in Kaka Deo, Kanpur. We are right in the N Block area, very close to Deepika Tailor in the Kaka Deo Market. If you know Kanpur, you know Kaka Deo is a very busy part of town because it’s full of students who come here for their coaching classes from all over. You can always see thousands of students on their cycles or just walking around with their bags. Because of that, the whole area has a lot of energy and noise. Our restaurant is right in the thick of all that chaos. It’s not a very large place, just enough room for some simple tables and a small kitchen in the back. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big glowing sign. It’s a practical space for people who are in a hurry to get to their next class. Most of the kids who come in are looking for a quick meal that doesn't cost too much money. We understand that because we live in this city too. The kitchen gets very hot during the summer, but we just keep working through it. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate talk about what we do. We just cook and serve food every single day. The market outside is always loud and crowded, but we like the buzz of the students. It’s a simple life and we are glad to be here.
